Please note: To receive the discounted member rate, you must register using the same email address that is linked to your ASPNR Member Portal account. This is important—using a different email will prevent the system from recognizing your membership status.

The Advanced Imaging Workshop is only available to ASPNR 2026 Annual Meeting full conference registrants. This ticket cannot be purchased as a stand-alone item.

Emerging Countries registration eligibility is determined according to the World Bank classification.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration fees, less $100 administration fees will be refunded upon written (email) notice of cancellation to ASPNR. In order to qualify for refund of fees, cancellation notice must be received no later than December 15, 2025 to members@aspnr.org. There will be no refund of fees for cancellation received after December 15, 2025 or for lack of attendance to the meeting or special activities.

Please note: canceling your meeting registration does not automatically cancel your hotel or travel reservations. You are responsible for managing and canceling your own hotel and travel arrangements.
